A woman, named Maria Chenery-Woods, has been jailed for buying and reselling Lady Gaga's tickets at high prices.
She was sentenced to four years at Leeds Crown Court. Her employee Paul Douglas was also sentenced to jail for two years and five months.
Judge Simon Batiste said, "Your aim was to rinse or fleece customers out of as much money as you could".
Maria used more than 100 identities to buy tickets from primary selling sites like Ticketmaster.
