Michael executive produced both the album and tour alongside the singer. Lady Gaga said, "I would like to say a very big thank you to somebody that really made this show possible, and that’s my fiancé, Michael. I love you so much".

"It’s a very emotional show for all of us, to say goodbye to something that means so much to all of us. But I decided for this last show, I would like to sing ‘Blade of Grass’ to Michael. Will you help me out?".

She told Michael from stage, "I can’t wait to go home with you. Honey, we will make it last".

Lady Gaga was forced to cancel her Monday night show in Montreal due to a respiratory infection.

She posted on her Instagram to apologize, "Hey everyone. I’m so sorry to share that I’m unable to perform tonight and have to cancel the show. I’ve been fighting a respiratory infection for the past few days and doing everything I can to rest and recover. But it’s gotten worse,” she wrote, citing her doctors orders to rest up. “To be honest I don’t think I could give you the quality of a performance today that you deserve."

The cancellation follows Lady Gaga’s rescheduled Miami performance on March 13, after the original September 3, 2025 show was postponed due to vocal strain.

Lady Gaga admitted lithium saved her in the past. During her world tour in February 2018, she experienced a psychotic break and was admitted to the hospital for inpatient psychiatric care.

She tells, 'I needed to take a break. I couldn’t do anything … I completely crashed. It was really scary. There was a time where I didn’t think I could get better.… I feel really lucky to be alive.'

Lady Gaga has openly shared that she struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression.

Lithium carbonate is a centuries-old mood stabilizer derived from the mineral lithium. It was discovered in 1817 and used as early as 1871 for mania. It was approved by the FDA in 1970 to treat manic episodes in people with bipolar disorder.

Lady Gaga is nominated in the outstanding music artist category for her album MAYHEM for the 37th annual GLAAD Media Awards. Other nominees who are nominated under same category are Elton John with Brandi Carlile, Maren Morris, Frankie Grande.

The 37th GLAAD Media Awards ceremony will be held in Los Angeles on Thursday, March 5.

During an appearance on The Late Show host Stephen Colbert, Lady Gaga was asked which song she would pick if she could only listen to one for the rest of her life.

Her answer was Lennon’s "Imagine".

She tells, "I grew up very close to the John Lennon memorial, so that has, like, a significance to me."

Stephen also asked about Lady Gaga's favorite smell. Her answer was her fiancé Michael Polansky's neck and tells that he doesn’t wear cologne. Gaga then tells, "I actually don’t like cologne. That’s my least favorite smell."

During an interview with Rolling Stone, she revealed that she was prescribed lithium to deal with the heavy schedule.

The drug is used in the treatment of mental illnesses like manic depression and bipolar disorder, and acts to regulate the individual’s mood.

She tells, "I did A Star Is Born on lithium. There was one day that my sister said to me, ‘I don’t see my sister anymore.’ And I cancelled the tour". 

"There was one day I went to the hospital for psychiatric care. I needed to take a break. I couldn’t do anything … I completely crashed. It was really scary."

"There was a time where I didn’t think I could get better.…  I feel really lucky to be alive. I know that might sound dramatic, but we know how this can go."
