Lady Gaga kisses Mayor Michael Bloomberg on Christmas Eve (2012) in Times Square but his girlfriend Diane Taylor wasn't happy.
When Diane was asked whether she was ok with the kiss, she told reporters, "He always asks for forgiveness, never permission".
Bloomberg himself said of the kiss, "Lady Gaga is very charming. It was fun."
