Lady Gaga disappointed over criticism at Joker: Folie à Deux

Lady Gaga disappointed over criticism at Joker: Folie à Deux. It received the lowest CinemaScore in comic book movie history.

A source told DailyMail.com, “Gaga is surprised by the response to Joker 2 and is shocked that people don’t love it after the response it received from critics before it premiered".

“She put so much heart into the movie and has so much respect for the DC comics fan base".

“Her team is quietly looking at other projects they can roll out as they want to move on this from as quickly as possible.”

Despite of that, Lady Gaga is looking forward to have a role in Quentin Tarantino’s next film.

Source said to Daily Mail.com, “She is disappointed that Joker 2 is pretty much a bomb".

“She thought that this film could get her an Oscar nomination, especially since the first film was such a success and Joaquin won an Oscar".

“She would now like to land a role in Quentin Tarantino’s next and final film. Nobody knows what that is going to be, but she wants to audition.

“She’s going to lobby hard to get a meeting with him once a script is presented, it is a bucket list moment for her to be involved.”

"(Harlequin) is my record."

"It's a Lady Gaga record, but it's also inspired by my character and my vision of what a woman can be. It's why the album does not adhere to one genre."

"It's not my next studio album that's a pop record, but it is somewhere in between, and it's blurring the lines of pop music."

Lady Gaga tells why she never clarifies the rumours that claimed she was a man

Lady Gaga tells that she never clarifies the rumours that claimed she was a man because she didn't feel like a victim.

Gossip about her gender was circulating after the release of her album "The Fame" in 2008.

Lady Gaga recalled, "When I was in my early 20s there was a rumour that I was a man. I went all over the world. I travelled for tours and for promoting my records and almost every interview I sat in they said... there was this imagery on the Internet that had been doctored... they'd say, 'There's rumours that you're a man. What do you have to say about that?'".

"The reason why I didn't answer the question is because I didn't feel like a victim with that lie and I thought: 'What about a kid who is being accused of that who would think that a public figure like me would feel shame?".

"I've been in situations where fixing a rumour was not in the best interest of the wellbeing of other people. In that case, I tried to be thought provoking and disruptive in another way. I tried to use the misinformation to create another disruptive point."

Then she added that she already get used to the rumours.

"I've been used to lies being printed about me since I was 20 years old. I'm a performer. I think it's kind of funny".
