Lady Gaga's grandmother, Angelina Calderone Germanotta, has died on October 12. She was 94 years old.
The funeral took place on October 17 in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.
In the past, despite being legally blind, she listen Lady Gaga's music and shared, “I listen to her songs. I love her music! … I’m blind, so I really don’t see all those sexy outfits. I can only see her legs when she is on TV, so it’s good that she wears those outfits, so I can spot her.”
Lady Gaga went to dinner with her fiancé at Barcelona's Disfrutar restaurant. She wore all black with jacket and skirt. Her hair was tied.
Currently Lady Gaga is filming "The Devil Wears Prada 2". It is set to release on 2026. The Devil Wears Prada 2 is a sequel to the original 2006 film starring Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci, who are all returning for the follow-up.
Producer Andrew Watt shared to People on what is like to work with Lady Gaga for the album "Mayhem". He tells, "She's there thinking about the entire world she's going to build when she does a song. There's layers to what she does.".
"First, she has to figure out the notes and the lyrics and the vibe of what she's going to do and create that. That, for a lot of people, is where it ends. You write a song, you put your vocal on it. Boom, that's it. Not for Gaga. She then takes that song home, figures out which part of her is going to sing the narrative, how she has to sing it. Does she have to sing it harder? Does she have to sing it softer? How is she going to deliver the vocal? She learns every inflection of what she did and comes back [and] sings it for hours and hours until she finds the right character."
Lady Gaga compliments about Andrew, "Andrew is a uniquely gifted producer and musician. Everything he does is rooted in a deep love for music and for the people who make it. You can feel how profoundly it’s shaped his life. He lives and breathes it in a way that’s rare even among artists".
"Working with someone who can truly play opens up an entirely different dimension in the studio. With Andrew, the process becomes limitless, his instinct, taste, and understanding of sonic history makes him one of the most dynamic collaborators in modern music."
Lady Gaga will appear in "The Devil Wears Prada 2". She arrived Milan few days ago, wearing pink clothes and pink high heels.

The movie also stars Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci, Emily Blunt, and Simone Ashley.
Production will starts in June. David Frankel is back as director, using a script by Aline Brosh McKenna, with Wendy Finerman and Karen Rosenfelt producing.
Lady Gaga had to cancelled her last three shows in Miami. This is because she experienced significant vocal strain during her warmup. Her ENT doctor advised her not to perform.
Lady Gaga wrote on Instagram, "There is a significant risk based on all our combined experience with a show like ours, and. as you know I sing live every night — and even though this was a hard and agonizing decision I would be more afraid of the long-term implications on my voice".
"I hope you can forgive me and accept my sincerest apologies for any disappointment. Let down. Inconvenience."
However, it has been rescheduled for March 13, 2026 at Kaseya Center.
Lady Gaga won Artiste of the year at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. Other nominees were Taylor Swift, Beyonce, and Kendrick Lamar.
In her speech, Lady Gaga said, "I cannot begin to tell you what this means to me."
"Being an artiste is an attempt to connect the souls of people all over the world. Being an artiste is a discipline, a craft meant for reaching into someone's heart, where it grows its roots, and reminding them to dream."
"Being an artiste is a responsibility to make the audience smile, dance, cry, release… It is a method of building understanding and celebrating community."
She also dedicated the award to her fiancé Michael Polansky
Lady Gaga announces new single, "The dead dance" that will be released on September 3.
She announced on the social media, not long after she appeared on the carpet at Spotify and Netflix’s “Wednesday” Graveyard Gala in New York City.
Talking about "Wednesday", Lady Gaga tells, "I had a wonderful time working on ‘Wednesday’ season two, even just being a small part of the show".
"I loved working with Tim Burton and Jenna and everyone here, it’s so incredible. Thank you. I’m also here to confirm my song ‘The Dead Dance’ is coming."
